Our Opportunity
Work Location: Fortescue’s Perth CBD office located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Monday to Friday (flexible hours, with childcare creche available in the Perth office).

Reporting to the Superintendent Support Mobile Equipment, the LME/SME Coordinator (Light Mobile Equipment & Support Mobile Equipment Coordinator) role is responsible for the coordination of hire fleet and costings across the Fortescue business. Working closely with the Maintenance specialists within the LME & SME team, and also site stakeholders, to ensure efficiency of our hired asset strategies, with a strong focus on continual improvement and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of all hired LME & SME invoicing and cost referencing.
- Cost control: Ongoing liaison with Site Superintendents, Managers and Accounts Management regarding budget.
- Optimise processes: development and improvement of processes utilising innovative mindset.
- Maintain strong Vendor relationships: vendor training and information sessions.
- Supports compliance with standardised processes, systems, and tools – Mobile Asset Requests, SAP, Work Management Processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 software – Excel, Outlook etc
- Previous administration / invoicing knowledge.
- Previous SAP / FIORI experience.
- Site / fleet experience advantageous.
