Fortescue are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who is passionate about developing teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving continuous improvement. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while building an engaged, high-performing team. You’ll champion safety, set clear expectations, and guide your team through cultural and operational change. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to influence, support, and inspire others is just as important as your operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse warehouse team to achieve targets and uphold company values

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture

  • Drive change initiatives and support staff through new processes and ways of working

  • Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and housekeeping

  • Oversee receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and general warehouse operations

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role

  • Exceptional people management and communication skills

  • A genuine passion for developing others and building a positive culture

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset

  • A commitment to safety-first principles

  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes and systems
