Fortescue are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who is passionate about developing teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving continuous improvement. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations while building an engaged, high-performing team. You’ll champion safety, set clear expectations, and guide your team through cultural and operational change. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to influence, support, and inspire others is just as important as your operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse warehouse team to achieve targets and uphold company values

Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture

Drive change initiatives and support staff through new processes and ways of working

Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and housekeeping

Oversee receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and general warehouse operations

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow
Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
