  • CAT6060 shovel, CAT 6040, Hitachi 3600, CAT 6030 or Hitachi 2500 excavator
  • CAT 785/789/793, Komatsu 830/930E, Terex 4000/4400, Hitachi 5000 Dump Trucks

 

Work Location: Across all Fortescue Pilbara Operations

 

Roster: 7D7N7R OR 7D7N14R – FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Broome, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing and Kununurra

  • Meet daily production operational targets
  • Maintain assets to operational capacity
  • Continuously strive to increase process efficiency
  • Comply with Zero Harm principles on a daily basis
  • Demonstrate behavior that aligns with Fortescues values

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Ability to skilfully operate some or all the equipment mentioned above
  • Previous experience operating mobile equipment operation within the mining industry
  • Ability to read and interpret mine plans
  • Knowledge and understanding of Mine Safety & Inspection and OHS Act Regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through two-way operations
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence
