Infrastructure Operator Experienced
Our Opportunity
Eliwana - Fortescue’s Eliwana mine is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people.
Roster: 7D7R ex Perth
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, Fortescue is seeking a Safety Focused and motivated Operator to join the Infrastructure Services team at Eliwana. This permanent full-time position will consist in the delivery of the sites Potable water and the collection of Wastewater throughout the mine.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HR Potable Water Truck
- Operate a vacuum truck and associated equipment
- Communicate with site operations personnel
- Maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness by carrying out daily pre-start inspections
Qualifications and Experience
- HR Driver's License - (desirable)
- Previous experience operating a vacuum truck (desirable)
- Good communication skills and hazard awareness
- Strong Safety focus and awareness of Site based Road Rules
- Self-motivated and have good attention to detail
