An opportunity has arisen for a Training Coordinator to join the People department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.

About the Role

During this exciting time at Fortescue Zero, with innovation projects changing the way we work, we are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated professional to join the team as a Training Coordinator. You will be required to deliver training administrative support to the training team.

What you will do

  • Monitor, manage and update training records in SuccessFactors
  • Schedule training courses in SuccessFactors and Outlook
  • Book & manage internal / external training using our procurement system
  • Liaise with vendors to achieve the most competitive training courses available
  • Communicating with participants & vendors to ensure smooth transition, delivery and effectiveness of training
  • Store safely and compliantly completed certificates
  • Evaluating training effectiveness by collating feedback and reporting on results
  • Taking minutes of meetings, and proactively action any outcomes
  • Data entry and reporting to business leaders on outstanding / completed training within their teams

About You

  • Experience in a people-focused or customer service role is essential.
  • Learning & Development experience is desirable.
  • Can demonstrate time-management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A personable and approachable character.
  • Able to use initiative to see activities to completion.
  • Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Experience using SuccessFactors Learning Administration
