Roster: 8 Days/6 Off/7 Nights/7 Off – FIFO ex Perth
Role Overview:
As the Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS) Field Builder Supervisor, you will effectively manage the team's workflow, team performance and development while ensuring safety and health guidelines are followed. The AHS Field Builder Supervisor plays a critical role in the effective utilisation of AMS systems including the Minestar AHS Fleet management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the optimisation of autonomous haulage systems within our fleet, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Provide strong leadership to your team, offering clear instructions and support to drive high performance and adherence to company values.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficiency improvements, utilising your expertise to streamline processes and enhance operational outcomes.
- Champion a robust safety vision, enforcing best practices, maintain rigorous safety standards across all operations, assist in the creation and upkeep of critical safety documentation.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders from various departments, ensuring clear, effective communication to align on goals and address any issues.
- Act as the eyes on the ground for autonomous machinery, monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring seamless integration with manned operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in managing fleet operations, with a strong understanding of both autonomous and traditional haulage systems is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage high performing teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of mining operations and the technical aspects of autonomous haulage systems is desirable.
- History of driving performance improvements and optimising operational processes.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and promoting a culture of safety.
- Strong ability to liaise with and collaborate across various departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
