Work Location:  Perth, Western Austrlalia.  Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

 

Roster:  Monday to Friday.

 

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst to lead the adoption, optimisation, and sustained success of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint across Fortescue.

 

In this role, you’ll bridge business needs and technology delivery — driving user adoption, shaping digital product roadmaps, and ensuring our Microsoft ecosystem delivers measurable business value. You’ll collaborate with business users, product teams, and change managers to enable smarter, more connected ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive adoption and engagement across Fortescue’s Microsoft business platforms
  • Conduct change impact assessments and analyse current vs. future-state business processes
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define product roadmaps and prioritise enhancements
  • Develop and deliver tailored adoption, communication, and training strategies
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and engagement sessions with stakeholders
  • Gather insights, feedback, and usage data to inform continuous improvement
  • Identify gaps and drive improvements in products and processes
  • Document business requirements, define success metrics, and track adoption outcomes

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst driving technology adoption, transformation, or optimisation initiatives
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, including roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, and feature prioritisation
  • Expertise in business process modelling, change impact analysis, and adoption measurement techniques
  • Ability to balance business needs with technical capabilities to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skill
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments is highly regarded
