Our Opportunity

 

Location: Perth (with some site travel across Pilbara operations)

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Change Management to join our Asset & Materials Management (AMM) team.  AMM plays a critical role in supporting all Pilbara operations, ensuring assets are managed effectively and the right parts are available at the right time, in the right place.

 

As Principal Change Management, you will lead the change management strategy across a portfolio of projects that impact multiple sites and stakeholders. These projects range from streamlining ways of working across operations, through to system and technology introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

You will be the key driver of embedding change, enabling our leaders to guide their teams effectively, and ensuring smooth transitions that deliver measurable benefits across the business.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design, develop, and implement change management strategies and frameworks for projects impacting Pilbara operations
  • Partner with leaders to build capability in leading change within their teams
  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communications to stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across operations, using influence to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Anticipate and manage resistance to change, using structured approaches to drive adoption and engagement
  • Support project delivery teams with stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and change impact analysis
  • Travel to Pilbara sites as required to support engagement and implementation activities

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Proven experience in change management roles, ideally in complex, multi-site operations
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent ability to coach, influence, and support leaders to embed change
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in managing change linked to centralisation, process improvement, and/or technology implementations
  • Flexibility to travel to site operations when needed
