We are currently seeking applications from experienced Dewatering Mechanical Fitters for upcoming opportunities.
Location: Opportunities are FIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites
Roster: 7D7N7R OR 7D7N14R

Key Responsibilities
- Routine servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on the fleet of generators and diesel pumps
- Priorities and attend breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Inspection and maintenance of Multistage Bore Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, fire pumps and Isolation and controls valves
Qualifications and Experience
- Diesel trade background in either Light/ Heavy vehicle trade as majority of work is diesel powered gensets or pumps
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a strong team environment as well as individually
- Strong organizational and communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrate strong safety values
- Experience with Fortescue’s computer-based systems (BMS, SAP)
- HR drivers’ license, forklift, CN, rigging or dogging tickets preferable
