We are looking for expressions of interests for Software Developers & Senior Software Developers - Production Systems & Reporting
Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
We have multiple ongoing positions acrosss the year.
These roles will play a pivotal role ongoing evolution of the NOVA platform, an in-house developed solution for managing critical operational data. NOVA supports a wide range of functions including planning, metallurgy, inventory management, reconciliation, asset utilization and decision support tools.
Key Responsibilities Include:

- Full Stack Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end services using C#, .NET, and SQL databases.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular 9+.
- Develop and support mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Architecture & System Design:
- Contribute to the design of scalable microservices architectures.
- Implement containerized solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Ensure alignment with best practices for cloud-native application design.
- Integrations & API Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and messaging integrations (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Build and manage scheduling solutions for automated processes.
- Work with external and internal APIs to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain unit and integration testing strategies to ensure system reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and promote best practices for clean, maintainable code.
- Cloud & DevOps:
- Experience on AWS and/or OpenShift environments is desirable
- Ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Collaboration & Mentoring:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, business analysts, and QA engineers.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and technical leadership.
- Full Stack Development:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Programming Languages & Frameworks: Strong experience with C#, .NET (Core and/or Framework), and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Front-End Framework: Expert in Angular 9+.
- Databases: Advanced knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Mobile Development: Proven experience in building and deploying mobile applications (native or cross-platform frameworks).
- Architectures: Hands-on experience in microservices-based development.
- Containers: Skilled in using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift for containerized deployments.
- Integrations: Solid understanding of API development, messaging systems, and task scheduling.
- Testing: Strong experience in unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
- Cloud: AWS experience desirable; OpenShift knowledge is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- AWS certifications or equivalent cloud qualifications.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
- Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
