We are seeking a qualified and proactive Fixed Plant Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to join our Iron Bridge OPF Electrical Maintenance team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of electricians to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely maintenance of fixed plant electrical systems and ancillary equipment. Your focus will be on maximising plant reliability and operational performance through effective maintenance strategies and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure electrical compliance across all fixed plant operations.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to a diverse team of trade personnel, collaborating closely with all OPF teams to execute scheduled maintenance and project works.
  • Champion safe work practices and foster a positive, safety-first culture within the team.
  • Implement development and succession plans to support team growth and maintain a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Set clear expectations and performance standards to align team efforts with organisational goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily work activities for electrical employees and contractors under your direction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold a current Western Australia Electrical Licence.
  • Previous experience as an In-House Licence Nominee.
  • Certified as a Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor.
  • High Voltage (HV) Switching qualifications with hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements and a thorough knowledge of WA electrical standards, regulations, and legislation.
  • Proven leadership experience in a processing or fixed plant environment.
  • Proficient in computer-based maintenance systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
