Work Location: Perth, Western Australia Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

Roster: Monday to Friday

 

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Housing Liaison to join our Fortescue Housing team based in Perth.

This position will provide administrative and housing support to Fortescue’s Pilbara-based residential employees, ensuring efficient management of reimbursements, invoicing, purchase requisitions, administration, maintenance audit support and stakeholder engagement.

The role is Perth-based with occasional travel to the Pilbara as required.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee housing reimbursements and supplier invoices accurately and on time.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support to Fortescue’s Pilbara residential workforce.
  • Liaise with real estate agents, property managers, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Accurately record minutes, manage correspondence, and maintain housing records.
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, and travel requirements in line with Fortescue systems.
  • Manage data entry, reporting and general administrative duties.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold Fortescue’s Health, Safety and Environmental standards at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across all forms of media.
  • Experience with payment systems, invoicing and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work effectively in a small, flexible team.
  • Confident engaging with diverse stakeholders and resolving issues professionally.
  • Willingness to travel to the Pilbara region as required.
