Work Location: Perth - Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.

We’re seeking a motivated and proficient Learning Administrator to support the organisation, scheduling and logistics of the Fortescue Leadership Academy and learning activities and events delivered by the Organisational Development team. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide strong administrative and operational support to the Leadership Academy Facilitators and Program Coordinator.Reporting to the Senior Manager Organisational Development, you’ll manage a range of administrative tasks including coordinating scheduling across the four leadership programs, room bookings, catering, classroom set up & pack down, printing and creating learning resources, tracking attendance and maintaining student records and administering courses in SuccessFactors LMS. You’ll also be responsible for the ongoing administration of LinkedIn Learning system; as well as managing the OD inbox and handling basic financial tasks like raising purchase requisitions and processing invoices related to the learning programs.This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent communication and organisation skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in a training team environment will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end training coordination, including booking rooms, scheduling workshops, registering employees for training, preparing training resources, organising catering and administer pre and post training activities.
  • Basic financial tasks, including raising purchase requisitions and processing invoices
  • Management of the LinkedIn learning system
  • Manage the OD inbox and be the first point of contact for all OD queries.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records within the LMS (SuccessFactors) and other data platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in an administrative role, in a fast-paced environment. Experience in an RTO or training organisation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work alone, as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in using and managing a Learning Management System (SuccessFactors preferred) to track training completions and generate reports.
  • Strong organisation and administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, quality, and thoroughness in work tasks.
  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing needs, always looking for ways to improve how things are done
  • Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including trainers, employees, and program participants.
  • Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
