Mobilisation Coordinator

Our Opportunity

Location: Perth. Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

Roster: Monday to Friday

12 Month Fixed Term Opportunity 

As part of our People Services team, you will deliver quality customer service to provide strong administrative support to the Mobilisation team and broader business. This is a busy role, working in a fast-paced environment reporting to the Mobilisation Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilise contractors globally to all Fortescue sites and projects
• Ensure new starters have met mandatory prerequisites
• Maintain a high consistent level of service delivery to customers
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Process a high volume of mobilisation requests ensuring data integrity and quality control

Qualifications and Experience

• Previously experience in a similar role working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Advanced excel, CMS, SAP, SAM & Success Factors experience highly preferable
• Strong analytic skills and a high attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skillset with experience dealing with multiple customers
• A positive attitude and an ability to work as part of a team
