People Services Coordinator – Perth (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

 

Our People Services team is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join us in Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for generating contracts, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, and processing changes to employee conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in people operations.

This position is offered on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validating and processing employee changes to conditions (e.g. transfers, promotions, roster changes etc).
  • Generating letters related to change of conditions
  • Creating and maintaining SuccessFactors personnel data for employees, organisational data for positions / departments
  • Be accountable for the accuracy and integrity of employee data retained in multiple systems
  • Upholding a high level of customer service when dealing with employee and manager requests
  • Creating and generating SuccessFactors reports

Qualifications and Experience

  • SuccessFactors experience essential
  • ServiceNow Experience
  • SAP HR (PA/OM) experience
  • Experience in a HR administrative role
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
