Our Opportunity
Work Location: Solomon - Fortescue’s Solomon mine is located on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi people.
Roster: 4D/3R – FIFO ex Perth
The mobile maintenance planning team are responsible for optimising maintenance strategies and managing the maintenance system that is used to prepare schedules of maintenance work, that once executed by the maintenance team will improve the reliability and performance of the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Long Term Planning, Fleet Leadership and Reliability teams to Plan and Schedule Major Onsite Excavator & Drill Shutdowns in accordance with Safety and Work Management Practices.
- Chair and Lead Planning meetings.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure supply demands are met for Labour and Components.
- Follow and ensure adherence to work management processes.
- Verify, maintain, and improve Task List Master Data.
- Develop and maintain interdepartmental relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 Years Planning experience.
- Previous experience planning Major Onsite machine shuts advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Project skills.
- Strong SAP CMMS Knowledge.
- Strong MS Excel Skills.
- An ability to adapt and willingness to learn new processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills essential.
