This is more than a planning role – it’s an opportunity to collaborate, influence, and make your mark in an inclusive team that champions new ideas and diverse perspectives.
Looking ahead 3 months to 5 years, you’ll shape how we manage critical infrastructure and ensure our assets perform at their best. From major equipment change-outs to smarter maintenance strategies, you’ll help us move from reactive fixes to proactive, sustainable solutions.

- Develop and optimise strategies for tanks, compressors, pressure vessels, nitrogen plants, and more
- Collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and leaders to deliver safe, efficient solutions
- Drive improvement initiatives that spark innovation, reduce costs, and create smarter ways of working
- Support the shift from reactive to planned maintenance, building resilience and reliability
