Our Opportunity

 

Work Location: Fortescue Centre Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday

 

Are you an expert in international compensation and benefits? Fortescue is seeking a Principal International Remuneration Advisor to lead and shape our global remuneration strategies, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent in alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead international compensation strategies aligned with our goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Design and manage international employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with tax and legal standards.
  • Oversee international performance incentives, including annual Staff Incentive Plans and retention schemes.
  • Conduct job evaluations and manage the international remuneration review process.
  • Provide data-driven insights using SAP and SuccessFactors analytics.
  • Prepare reports and papers for committees and the Board.
  • Collaborate with HR, tax teams, and Senior Leaders to align strategies with business needs.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build expertise across the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in international compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights.
  • Experience in leadership, project management, and handling competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of the resources sector is desirable but not essential.
  • High integrity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
