Are you an experienced video storyteller ready to make a global impact? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is your chance to be part of a small, dynamic team driving significant change worldwide. We need a great person to join our communications and brand team to help us achieve our goals. You’ll need to be an experienced video storyteller with a strong portfolio showcasing your work for brands around the world.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead a global team and manage freelancers.
  • Develop and execute video content strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities in existing content.
  • Provide guidance and establish processes to enhance our work.
  • Engage with audiences across different cultures.

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Proven experience in video production and editing.
  • Proficiency in scripting, storyboarding, and using video editing software (Adobe Suite, emerging technologies).
  • Strong organisational skills and creative vision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills, empathy, and experience in managing creative teams.
  • Alignment with Fortescue’s values of frugality, innovation, and perseverance.
  • Experience with translation or multilingual film is a plus.
