Work Location: Perth – Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people
Roster: Monday to Friday
12-month secondment or fixed term contract
The Project Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of projects within the organisation. They are responsible for providing administrative assistance to the team and ensuring that travel documentation, purchase requests, and invoicing are effectively managed. You will also contribute to the efficiency and success of projects by maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support to the Team
- Organise travel arrangements for Automation personnel (FIFO, Domestic & International)
- Management of new starter co-ordination and mobilisation
- Raise purchase requisitions in SAP Fiori
- Processing invoices in SAP
- Maintain Rosters and registers
- Organise meetings, VIP Visits, functions and venue hire
- Liaison with Contractors, Management and the wider Automation team
- Organisational structure updates in Success Factors
- Organise confidentiality agreements
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as requested.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and task execution
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
