Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
The Project Coordinator role is a key administrative function, which provides essential support to the Chief Operating Officer Global Growth and Energy, to support reporting and coordinating activities across our R&D portfolio and Energy projects.
This role is critical to maintaining project momentum, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and expenditures.
• Organising, attending and participating in project meetings as required.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and project briefs.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Acting as a central point of contact for project communications and logistics
• Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Facilitate project/R&D check in meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all team members.
Qualifications and Experience
• 10+ years of experience in a senior administrative or project coordination role
• Enjoyment working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or technical sectors is highly desirable
