Roster - 4 Days On, 3 Days Off – Residential or FIFO

 

Reporting to the Shutdown Execution Coordinator, the Resource Coordinator is responsible for organising the resources for fixed plant shutdowns. You will play a pivotal role being the conduit between all stakeholders working closely with our scheduling and planning teams to organise personnel and equipment resources for shutdowns, identifying and closing gaps in resources and budgetary requirements. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with the line Scheduler and Execution team to coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources for Shutdowns.
  • Manage the detailed delivery of resourcing and equipment requirements to our vendor partners.
  • Schedule and coordinate support services and equipment on-site during shutdowns.
  • Process all purchase order service entry sheets managing all invoicing and cost referencing.
  • Plan and coordinate resources efficiently to create optimal outcomes while meeting relevant KPIs. 
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate information and facilitate efficient planning outcomes, including contractor movements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate budget estimates, timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Ongoing process optimisation for development and improvement using innovative thinking.

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Relevant mine site experience and exposure to shutdown processes. 
  • SAP experience is highly preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel experience is highly advantageous. 
  • Competent Microsoft Office Suite skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • High-level problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • The capability to create and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence.
