Supervisor - Condition Monitoring and Lubrication

Fortescue is seeking a highly motivated Condition Monitoring & Lubrication Supervisor to join our team at Iron Bridge. This role is responsible for overseeing condition monitoring and lubrication programs across our Ore Processing Facility, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. Leading a team of technicians, you’ll provide technical expertise, deliver asset condition reports, and implement strategies to optimise performance and prevent failures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support a team of lubrication and condition monitoring technicians to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
- Oversee lubrication and condition monitoring programs, ensuring compliance with Fortescue standards and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical support, supervision, and coaching to employees and contractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Allocate resources, manage schedules, and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and team effectiveness.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all work aligns with HSE policies and DEMIRS regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role, ideally in a fixed plant environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in condition monitoring, lubrication, and fixed plant maintenance.
- Exposure to vibration analysis software and fault diagnosis, with Cat II Vibration Analyst training highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with ability to influence across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Relevant trade qualification or tertiary education, plus C-Class driver’s licence.
