Our Opportunity
Location: Christmas Creek
Roster: 8D/6R – FIFO ex Perth
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Shutdown Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective execution of shutdown activities across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement shutdown plans to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
- Collaborate with all departments to define accurate scopes of work.
- Manage shutdown budgets, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives.
- Lead teams during shutdowns, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience.
- Solid plant knowledge, with the ability to identify and scope maintenance needs.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a proactive work ethic.
- Experience with SAP systems for planning and reporting.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Flexibility to work varying rosters aligned with shutdown durations.
