Our Opportunity

Roster: 8D/6R – FIFO ex Perth

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Shutdown Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective execution of shutdown activities across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement shutdown plans to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
  • Collaborate with all departments to define accurate scopes of work.
  • Manage shutdown budgets, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives.
  • Lead teams during shutdowns, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Strong mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Solid plant knowledge, with the ability to identify and scope maintenance needs.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and a proactive work ethic.
  • Experience with SAP systems for planning and reporting.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying rosters aligned with shutdown durations.
