Roster: Mon to Fri
Fortescue is presently looking for an experienced Tenements Support Officer to join our Perth based team.
This role will be responsible for taking the lead in providing administrative and compliance support to the Wardens Court team and wider Mining & Infrastructure Access team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming Warden’s Court correspondence
- Facilitate collation and communication of Warden’s Court instructions between the team and legal counsel
- Process incoming Warden’s Court objections and application notices received from third parties
- Lodgement of Warden’s Court objections and associated compliance
- Ensure database and records are maintained with high attention to detail when completing tasks
- Monitor the team’s Warden’s Court Inbox
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team on an as needed basis.
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable
- Minimum 2+ year’s experience in an administrative support role
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient with MS software suite including Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to effectively work in a large team setting with a range of different stakeholders
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures
- Ability to learn and utilise new software
- Confident and transparent in seeking guidance or raising queries
- Value the importance of compliance
- Eagerness to be part of and provide support to a high functioning team
- Possess Fortescue’s values and ability to apply in day-to-day activities.
