Work Location:  Fortescue’s Perth CBD office located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday (flexible hours, with childcare creche available)

Joining Fortescue as a Work Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of business goals by delivering comprehensive standards, documentation and effective training materials focused on Work Management processes. Reporting to the Work Management Lead, you will gather accurate and relevant information, consider end user needs, and develop instructional strategies that enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing engaging training documents, manuals, guides, and other instructional materials for various learning initiatives.
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and relevance of learning content.
  • Understanding learning objectives to determine the most effective instructional strategies and delivery methods.
  • Translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand content that engages learners and supports learning and retention.
  • Conducting reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training materials.
  • Providing training and support to users on how to effectively utilise Work Management documentation and training material.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Solid experience with the SAP program surrounding plant maintenance.
  • Demonstrated capability creating and reviewing technical documents.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA Fiori, SAP Service, SAP Asset Manager, SAP Enable Now, SAP Articulate Rise, and/or multimedia development would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholder across various different areas/levels.
