Joining Fortescue as a Work Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping to uplift understanding and alignment to our work management process, across various teams in the Pilbara Operations. Your work management expertise will help to identify improvement opportunities and provide a roadmap for uplifting performance. In this role, you will provide on-site process and SAP maintenance and inbound supply chain system coaching, to support teams understand and deliver on their roles in the work management process. Focusing on stakeholder relationships and engagement, you will support teams on their individual improvement pathways and enable them through suitable tools, such as training documents or quick reference guides.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities for teams to uplift work management alignment
- Liaise and coach department leadership with an improvement plan / pathway
- Support periodical work management audits across the business
- Foster stakeholder relationships and engagements
- Provide work management process and SAP system training, both 1:1, as well as formalised group training programs
- Project manage identified / requested tailored upskilling (process or technical) campaigns if required
- Peer-review standards and work management documentation and support with roll-out of any changes to the business
Qualifications and Experience
- Solid experience with SAP program, particularly in maintenance and/or inbound supply chain modules
- Experience with S/4 HANA Fiori, SAP Service and Asset Manager mobile solution (tablet)
- Demonstrated capability creating and reviewing technical documents is desirable
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
