An opportunity has arisen within our Elysia team for a hands-on, strategic, and highly adaptable Senior Marketing Manager to help build and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You’ll play a key role in defining and implementing our marketing initiatives across all channels, and you’ll work closely with the leadership team and wider Fortescue teams to shape the future of Elysia Brand.

Job Role

  • Develop & Implement Growth-Focused Marketing Strategies: Design and execute marketing campaigns that attract new customers, drive engagement, and help grow our brand in a competitive market. 
  • Hands-on Campaign Execution: Lead and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, social media, email), content, and traditional channels, including events and conferences. You will be directly involved in planning, content creation, campaign setup, coordination, and performance tracking. 
  • Brand Building: Help define and refine the company’s brand messaging, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and aligns with our core values and vision, and that of the wider Fortescue business. 
  • Rapid Testing & Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns and marketing initiatives. Quickly identify what works and iterate to maximize impact. 
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and product launches. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to drive decisions, measuring the success of campaigns through KPIs, and adjusting strategies accordingly to improve performance. 
  • Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, making data-informed decisions to allocate resources effectively and ensure the highest possible ROI. 
  • Customer & Market Insights: Stay close to the customer and the market. Use feedback, data, and research to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of trends. 
  • Growth Mindset: As we scale, you will have the opportunity to shape and evolve the marketing function, experimenting with new channels, tactics, and approaches that are critical to growth. 

You'll have

  • Strategic leadership: Ability to set direction, shape the marketing function, and align initiatives with business growth goals.
  • Depth of marketing expertise: Proven track record across B2B, digital, and traditional channels, with expertise in ABM, with the ability to go beyond surface-level knowledge, with depth of understanding in the market. Ideal candidate comes from a background of working with complex sales, and working with technically complex products.
  • Stakeholder alignment & influence: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, product, and sales teams, while also standing firm, making big calls, and pushing back when necessary.
  • Momentum & long-term growth: Skilled at establishing quick wins that build consensus and credibility, while simultaneously laying the foundations for sustainable, long-term success. Thrives in the challenge of building from scratch and shaping a marketing function in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Commercial & data-driven mindset: Builds and scales teams, budgets, and initiatives with a clear link to ROI and revenue impact. Leverages data and analytics to guide decisions, and embraces AI tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in modern marketing.
  • Hands-on & Agile: You are comfortable being hands-on and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly as business needs change. 
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and implement creative, unconventional strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
