We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Carpenters to join our talent community.

 

Work Location: Across all Fortescue Pilbara Operations 

 

Roster: 14D14R OR 8D6R  – FIFO ex Perth

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide safe, effective and timely building maintenance accross Fortescues camp and mine site facilities
  • Raise notifications and work orders
  • Carry out inspections of infrastructure
  • Contribute to the improvement of facilities 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Australian Recognised Carpentry trade qualification
  • Relevant industry experience as a carpenter tradesperson
  • Ability and willingness to scope maintenance works and small projects for material take off
  • Qualification to undertake working at heights duties for roof maintenance
  • Experience in computer-based maintenance systems - SAP (desirable)
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
