Our Opportunity
Work Location: Pilbara Exploration – Various locations
Roster: 12 days on, 9 days off – FIFO from Perth
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Coordinator to help with our day‑to‑day operations. You’ll work closely with Camp leadership team to keep things running smoothly—handling scheduling, logistics, communications, and coordination across the board. Your support will ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics of fuel supply and management of EXP fuel tanks, ensuring compliance and relocation as required
- Plan and monitor camp schedules, accommodation, and resource planning to support efficient camp builds and operations
- Manage inventory and procurement, including PFS food ordering, camp supply reviews, and submissions
- Track and report daily fuel levels (Diesel & Jet A1), manage deliveries, anticipate delays, and escalate early when needed
- Maintain key safety and compliance registers, including the fire extinguisher register and scheduling of required checks
- Maintain and update standard work instructions (SWIs), reports, checklists, and ensure documentation is well organised
- Collaborate with Supervisors on rostering, shift allocations, and coordination of Remote Camp Services
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of the EXP FSMP framework
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including presenting pre-starts and toolbox talks to teams
- Develop leadership skills through training and practical experience, contribute in senior-level meetings, and provide guidance to team members.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong experience in a similar Coordinating level position
- Comfortable with scheduling systems, tracking inventory & working with vendors
- Able to juggle tasks, stay on top of priorities, and pay attention to the small stuff
- Able to take initiative, bring teams together, handle challenges, and support others
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and adaptable to new tools.
