At Fortescue, our commitment to Real Zero is creating exciting and rewarding career opportunities across the globe, for our existing Fortescue Family team as well as those new to industry and starting their career journey.
We offer a two-year structured graduate program to provide passionate graduates with exposure to a site operational role, technical placement and a business functional role aimed at encouraging ‘whole of business’ thinking.
Fortescue’s graduate program is open to students in their final year of university or who have recently completed a relevant degree in mining, geosciences, engineering, data science, AI, law, commerce, health and safety, sustainability, and environment.
As a Graduate at Fortescue, I have the unique opportunity to work in many different parts of the company and gain exposure to how different teams are contributing to our mission of Real Zero by 2030.
The coolest thing about my job is seeing immediate, real-world impact from my work, directly improving operations and making life easier for the people on site.
