Work Location: Perth. Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people
Fortescue’s Corporate Development team is seeking exceptional Executive Assistants / Corporate Support Officers to partner with senior leaders at the centre of strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver high-level executive and administrative support, including personal assistance to senior leaders
- Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars, travel coordination, meetings and logistics
- Act as a trusted point of contact, managing competing priorities and responding with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate inbox management, draft correspondence and prepare executive communications
- Support accounts payable processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier invoices, expense claims and reconciliations
- Prepare and coordinate board papers, executive briefs, presentations and internal reports
- Assist in the preparation of board recommendations, legal briefs, commercial summaries and strategic background materials
- Conduct research, consolidate information and support leadership decision-making with high-quality insights and documentation
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for professionals who bring sound judgement, initiative and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
You will ideally have:
- Significant experience in an Executive Assistant, Corporate Support or similar senior administrative role supporting executives
- Proven ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional approach
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work outside standard hours and travel occasionally where required
- A law degree and/or French language skills will be highly regarded.
