Our Opportunity

 

Work Location:  Perth CBD.  Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday

 

We’re looking for someone to lead how Fortescue shows up digitally.

 

Someone who can connect platforms, people and data and turn it into seamless, high-impact experiences.

 

This is a role for a builder. Someone who can shape strategy, lead teams, and deliver at scale across website, campaigns, CRM and digital platforms.

 

You’ll drive performance, lift capability, and lead the next phase of our digital evolution.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead Fortescue’s digital strategy across website, CRM, campaigns, and marketing technology.
  • Oversee digital platforms and content to ensure strong user experience, performance, and brand alignment.
  • Drive data, analytics and reporting to optimise performance and inform decision-making.
  • Manage digital campaigns, outbound communications, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including platform upgrades, integrations, and new capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Proven experience leading digital strategy and delivery in a complex organisation.
  • Strong background across digital platforms, marketing technology, CRM, SEO and analytics.
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and external technology partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale digital projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience, with 7+ years in digital or related roles.
