Our Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Planner to join our Mobile Maintenance team at Christmas Creek. Reporting to the Senior Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are effectively planned and scheduled to maximise equipment availability, reliability, and safety across our mobile fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the weekly mobile maintenance plan.
- Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities for:
- Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME)
- Small Mobile Equipment (SME)
- Registerable plant
- Workshop infrastructure and tooling
- Coordinate the mobilisation of external vendors for inspections, repairs, and specialised maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate SAP master data to support maintenance planning and execution.
- Manage and maintain the site's asset register.
- Work collaboratively with Supervisors, Reliability Engineers, and Maintenance teams to optimise maintenance schedules and minimise downtime.
- Ensure all planning activities align with safety, operational, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous or current experience in Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) maintenance planning.
- Strong SAP Master Data knowledge and practical experience (essential).
- Experience planning maintenance activities within a mining or heavy industrial environment.
- Well-developed organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvements
