You will be assigned to multiple complex parallel projects to track progress, update the schedule in JIRA and report business level metrics against the respective work.
Our project managers are both strategists and technologists—able to lead customers through complex delivery while using their coding background to automate, analyse, and optimise the work around them to drive predictable and scalable outcomes. You will have a minimum of five years of admin level experience of JIRA, Confluence and Power BI and expected to leverage automations to minimise project admin overhead and increase the speed at which we generate project insights.
Changes to the project schedule are common and customers in our field act very dynamically. As a skilled Delivery Manager, you will be expected to minimize any potential setbacks from such changes by proactively seeking to understand the issues and dependencies.

• Will be involved from early stages of setting up new projects to maintaining complex Structure.Gantt JIRA plans with input from team leads and customers. You will create and leverage automated PowerBI dashboards to identify resource gaps, track KPIs and budgets. Adapt to changes in priority, oversee we deliver high quality solutions on time, quantify risks and uncertainties in timing/resource projections.
• Agree project timings and sync your plans with the company portfolio plan. Integrate plan baselines, identify dependencies between projects, resource constrains and minimise the impact of delays. Prepare Portfolio reports, tracking project status, timing, issues and risks.
• In Elysia, traditional PMO roles focused on tools and data analysis are baked into the responsibilities of all members. You will be expected to lead customers through complex delivery while automating and optimising the work around you. You will be expected to make admin changes to Jira and Confluence in a live environment, build automated Power BI reports, integrating data from Worksavi, JIRA and Snowflake.
• Project data management – will need to ensure JIRA tickets are up to date with low admin overhead from developers. You will achieve this by writing Groovy and Java Script Runner scripts to populate tickets without human intervention. Use Claude MCP and ROVO AI agents to automatically pull Confluence conversational insights.
• Develop new processes and continuously improve the effectiveness of existing ones. Contribute to the overall governance and help make sure teams are following them.
